I have complained over and over agin about my porr internet service with my air card and poor cell reception. Today I was on the phone with them over an hour. They had me download an upgrade to their communication manger. That didn't work because I lost connection and then it didnt go through. They called after 2 hours to see if it worked and when I tod them no, they told me I had to go to McDonads to use their hot spot to download it. If my connection was working why would I have to go to another place?? When I asked if I could get out of my contract without the fee they said no. So even though I am paying $165 a month for 2 cells and an internet card I cannot use, they wont let me out of my contract. When we got the card they assured me I was in a perfect area. Yeah right.
