I have complained over and over agin about my porr internet service with my air card and poor cell reception. Today I was on the phone with them over an hour. They had me download an upgrade to their communication manger. That didn't work because I lost connection and then it didnt go through. They called after 2 hours to see if it worked and when I tod them no, they told me I had to go to McDonads to use their hot spot to download it.
