Placed an order Jan 30, 2010 on their website for a pen to be engraved for presentation at an awards event to be held on Feb 25, 2010. Their site indicate a normal delivery of approx 5 business days with a current delay of 3 - 4 additional days due to an upgrade being preformed at their site. This allowed plenty of time and would have worked if they kept this schedule. After a week the website 'order process' showed a projected ship date of Feb 11, 2010. As of Mar 1, 2010 the site still indicates a ship date of Feb 11, I have called their customer service numerous times only to be told that they have no idea if this order will process in time and when it may actually ship. By now the item missed the target date for the event and still does not have any expected delivery date or any explanation as to why it is still delayed. The cust srv dept has no communications with the order dept or shipping dept for current updates.This is totally unacceptable for a business of this type.
