Placed an order Jan 30, 2010 on their website for a pen to be engraved for presentation at an awards event to be held on Feb 25, 2010. Their site indicate a normal delivery of approx 5 business days with a current delay of 3 - 4 additional days due to an upgrade being preformed at their site. This allowed plenty of time and would have worked if they kept this schedule. After a week the website 'order process' showed a projected ship date of Feb 11, 2010.
