This company advertises "no hassle" returns and claims that there may be a restocking fee on some returns.

When we wanted to return the lighting fixture, it took two weeks of daily phone calls to receive a return authorization. (There were vague excuses that didn't make sense.)

Finally getting the return information and authorization, we learned that we would be charged a $30 restocking fee, and $10 for the original shipping. It cost us $20 to return the fixture.

The original item was $121 which means we received $63 back. It cost us half the cost of the item to return it. All legal, I'm sure.

Do not buy from this company. (We call what they did - legalized theft.) If you insist on buying - don't return the item!
