I switched from Direct TV to Uverse TV, BIG F'N Mistake. The tech installed 4 boxes and couldn't activate my service, he told me the technical department needs to activate it in their system and would up and running by tomorrow. Well, it's been 7 days now and still no service. I have called everyday and customer service and technical support tells me the same sh*t that it will be up in 24hrs. I have no choice to go back to Direct TV and pay $30 more a month. I have also cut my ATT cell because of to many important dropped calls. I'm not in the freaking jungle or in Death Valley I can understand dropped calls there. Well, thank you for reading and hope you learn from my mistakes.
