I switched from Direct TV to Uverse TV, BIG F'N Mistake. The tech installed 4 boxes and couldn't activate my service, he told me the technical department needs to activate it in their system and would up and running by tomorrow. Well, it's been 7 days now and still no service. I have called everyday and customer service and technical support tells me the same sh*t that it will be up in 24hrs.
