I apply for a car titile loan in Nov 2007, I borrow 3, 000.00 my monthly payments was 765.00 a month, some time I paid 800.00. I have pay my loan off, and they still say I owe, all together I have pay almost 13, 000.00 back for a 3000.00 loan. They still say I owe 800.00 more before I can get my car title back, I mail them my last 800.00. And now they said they haven't received it so I can't get my car title back. This has stress me out so much, This is terrible you borrow 3, 000.00 and you pay almost 15, 000.00 back, the intrest rate was 300%. which I was told that was not fair, Now Loan Max is being sue for charing to much on there intrest rate.
