I apply for a car titile loan in Nov 2007, I borrow 3, 000.00 my monthly payments was 765.00 a month, some time I paid 800.00. I have pay my loan off, and they still say I owe, all together I have pay almost 13, 000.00 back for a 3000.00 loan. They still say I owe 800.00 more before I can get my car title back, I mail them my last 800.00. And now they said they haven't received it so I can't get my car title back.
