Company is offering "free trial" for product, pay shipping only; however they have charged my account, without authorization on March 12, 2011 and March 27, 2011 in the amount of 469.95 (twice) and$ 7.83. There is also a billing company CCBILL.COM associated with them that charged my account an additional $147.16. I contacted CCBILL.COM and was informed that the charges were for the enrollment fee ($107.29) and pills ($39.87). They claim that when you sign-up for the "trial" if you don't contact them within 14 days to cancel, you automatically enroll in their program. BS!!! These companies are engaging in unscrupulous business practices. I am writing a letter to them to request a refund. I am also contacting the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. They are ripping people off!
