I ordered their sample of ivory brite on May 11, 2009. I had 15 days to cancel membership to them and axiswellness, which is through ivorybrites.com. On May 16, 2009 I emailed the at [email protected], as i was told, and notified them of my cancellation to ivorybrite and axiswellness. I received an email from them on May 17, 2009 stating that my membership was cancelled and no other charges would be taken from my account. Well on May 27, 2009 and again June 26, 2009 they charged my checking account 9.99, total of 19.98. When i called to get my money back i was given [email protected] to go to and email their billing dept. to collect my money. Which lead me to this website.
