I ordered their sample of ivory brite on May 11, 2009. I had 15 days to cancel membership to them and axiswellness, which is through ivorybrites.com. On May 16, 2009 I emailed the at [email protected], as i was told, and notified them of my cancellation to ivorybrite and axiswellness. I received an email from them on May 17, 2009 stating that my membership was cancelled and no other charges would be taken from my account.
