I have the same problems with BAC Home Loan, received Home Affordable Modification Program on April 10, 2009 and have now made my 17th payment. I am currently appealing the letter stating I am an ineligible borrower under the guidelines of the Home Affordable Modification Program I recieved on June 2, 2010 due to our income of $5, 238.70 which they vertified which is completely wrong. They have numerous paystubs showing are correct income and I continue faxing additional paystubs once I receive them. I was told the appeal would take from 1 to 3 months, and this process causes your payments to fall further behind when they hold your monies they received in a partial balance column until a full payment
amount is accumulated including late fees.

I have written letters to Terry Goddard, AZ Attorney General, and all his office did was to make a copy of my complaint and forward it to BAC Home Loans. Frustrated in AZ with no idea what other avenues I should persue.
