I have the same problems with BAC Home Loan, received Home Affordable Modification Program on April 10, 2009 and have now made my 17th payment. I am currently appealing the letter stating I am an ineligible borrower under the guidelines of the Home Affordable Modification Program I recieved on June 2, 2010 due to our income of $5, 238.70 which they vertified which is completely wrong.
