While out of the country in Central America, my teenage son attempted to make an international call back to the US from a pay phone using his VisaBuxx card. Unaware of the negative consequences associated with such practices he was subsequently charged US$27 per minute for a call that was not connected and lasting LESS than 2 minutes. Needless to say he was not notified prior to the call of any charges or rates.<br />

This predatory business practice may be exceedingly profitable to BBG, however it is OUTRAGEOUS in its application. I have notified the Attorney's General of my state and the United States. I intend pursue any and all remedies available within Luxembourg via the US Embassy. As well, I have placed notification on every pay phone in the countries to which I travel (the stickers cost less than US$27).<br />

This company, under any DBA they choose, must be stopped and held accountable for their practices. The reality in these situations is that when one is closed ten more open, often by the same people.
