I ordered one informational DVD in August of 2010 with my debit card and they have been charging me $9.95 every month since. When I complained they told me I purchased a monthly membership with them(which I did not) They agreed to refund me 3 months but would not give me a phone number of who I can conntact regarding this matter. I have to write to the Complant Dept at PO Box 810365, Bocaraton, Fa. 33481 to get further action. We will see how far that will get me. Beware doing any bussiness with BBV MOvie Sales
