I ordered one informational DVD in August of 2010 with my debit card and they have been charging me $9.95 every month since. When I complained they told me I purchased a monthly membership with them(which I did not) They agreed to refund me 3 months but would not give me a phone number of who I can conntact regarding this matter. I have to write to the Complant Dept at PO Box 810365, Bocaraton, Fa. 33481 to get further action. We will see how far that will get me.
