	CardinalRules July 6, 2010 Item never received I had ordered a tinted on 6/25 and to date the item has not been received. I believe this is not an actual website that sells and distributes actual beauty products/cosmetics...but rather a scam that acquires credit/debit card numbers. Let this complaint serve a dual purpose- as a pro-active step to disabling bogus websites and a warning to potential customers, such as myself, that were duped by this "scheme". I am calling to cancel my card as we spoke. Buyer beware...
	Carrel Knee June 22, 2010 Never sent product On April 24th I ordered Alexandra Demarkof oil cologne. They took my money, and I've never received the product. After trying to contact them several times, they said it was back- ordered until May 18th. I still haven't heard a thing from them. I tried contacting them again, and have heard NOTHING!! A business should have the common courtesy of contacting costomers, if there's a problem. Trying to track the item was impossible. I feel that I've been scammed!! What is my recourse?? C.Knee
	Orlando January 28, 2009 Bad service Ordered 2 tubes of an expensive facial mask - received only one - after 3 months of emails and repeated assurances that the remaining tube would arrive, no cigar. Ran out of patience, started dispute process through VISA.
