On April 24th I ordered Alexandra Demarkof oil cologne. They took my money, and I've never received the product. After trying to contact them several times, they said it was back- ordered until May 18th. I still haven't heard a thing from them. I tried contacting them again, and have heard NOTHING!! A business should have the common courtesy of contacting costomers, if there's a problem. Trying to track the item was impossible. I feel that I've been scammed!! What is my recourse??
