I purchased a wedding gift card for my friend, and to make sure that it gets there on time, I paid $5 for expedited service. For some reason, it wasn't delivered until after the wedding although there are 3 business days available after I purchased it. I requested the refund on the shipping charge since it wasn't an expedited service. They said it was processed, but nothing happened 3 weeks so I call back. They said it is now really processed and it'll take 1~2 months to get the refund! This company/store is not a small one, and is the longest to get refund back. The purchase was done May 5, and as of today, June 8, I don't have my refund yet. Other companies refund a lot sooner than BB&B. I'm not going to purchase anything whatsoever from this business.
