I purchased a wedding gift card for my friend, and to make sure that it gets there on time, I paid $5 for expedited service. For some reason, it wasn't delivered until after the wedding although there are 3 business days available after I purchased it. I requested the refund on the shipping charge since it wasn't an expedited service. They said it was processed, but nothing happened 3 weeks so I call back.
