I got on this website and didn't actually know what I was doing and entered my information - thought I was going to bid on an item when i was actually joining them and was charged $99.00 twice and they tell me they can't help it if I accidentally joined and can't give me a refund. This is ridiculous - every contract has a three day cancellation policy that I have ever heard of. They also said that it stated on their site that I would be charged this, I never saw such a statement and actually searched on the site to see what the charge was after I got a notice of such. Someone needs to fight for the people who have been scammed by this company. Any help you can give me is appreciated. I have my bank statement showing the double charge, I made a mistake but they should at least refund me one of the charges. I have done this in the past and every company always refunds me my fees.
