I got on this website and didn't actually know what I was doing and entered my information - thought I was going to bid on an item when i was actually joining them and was charged $99.00 twice and they tell me they can't help it if I accidentally joined and can't give me a refund. This is ridiculous - every contract has a three day cancellation policy that I have ever heard of.
