Do not attend a presentation at the Belaire in Puerto Vallarta. They make amazing promises that are all lies. Do not buy in!!! We were just there at the request of friends who bought in 4 years ago and have gotten nothing for their $25, 000. The first of three towers (???) is about one tenth done (in 4 years) and will probably never be finished. They get very nasty if you decline to give them $25, 000 for nothing. Again...stay away. If you do attend a presentation, do not buy!!! You have been warned!!! If you want to go just for the money (4000 pesos), insist on at 3000 pesos in the cab on the way to the Belaire. That way, when they won't let you leave because they think you will stay for money, you can walk out and get a cab back to wherever you are staying. We did that yesterday and will put the money away for nest year in P.V.
