Do not attend a presentation at the Belaire in Puerto Vallarta. They make amazing promises that are all lies. Do not buy in!!! We were just there at the request of friends who bought in 4 years ago and have gotten nothing for their $25, 000. The first of three towers (???) is about one tenth done (in 4 years) and will probably never be finished. They get very nasty if you decline to give them $25, 000 for nothing. Again...stay away.
