Berkey’s advertises and verbally says that for$99 they will do the maintenance on your heating, air conditioning and plumbing. They pride themselves on being "different." However, the company is not different in a good way. They overcharged and twisted what they said. If they put in even an ounce of refrigerant they charge $270. It was like a shell game dealing with them. If you send a written complaint to Berkey’s the company will only respond verbally. I think because the company does not want anything in writing. What the company told me was different than what it put in writing. It was a bad deal all the way around. If there were a national DO NOT USE List, I would put Berkey’s on the list.
