Berkey’s advertises and verbally says that for$99 they will do the maintenance on your heating, air conditioning and plumbing. They pride themselves on being "different." However, the company is not different in a good way. They overcharged and twisted what they said. If they put in even an ounce of refrigerant they charge $270.
