I paid Best Website Designer.com $400 to make me a website through paypal. They have not made my site, they will not return my calls and they will not refund my money. Paypal can not help me because it is an internet service business. Beware of this business.

Jeff C. is the person I originally spoke with. He had someone in another country do some work, but it was incorect. Then when they would send me "changes" nothing was changed. The same links did not work and the instructions I clearly and specifically outlined were ignored. They would send me "updates" without updating anything at all, and eventually stopped all together.

When I asked for a refund because they were none responsive I received a threatening email. They said they could take down my current site if I tried to get a refund.
