I paid Best Website Designer.com $400 to make me a website through paypal. They have not made my site, they will not return my calls and they will not refund my money. Paypal can not help me because it is an internet service business. Beware of this business. Jeff C. is the person I originally spoke with. He had someone in another country do some work, but it was incorect. Then when they would send me "changes" nothing was changed.
