automatic service activation without any request
a automatic service to friend chat activated on my mobile without any request and even no confirmation massage, i visited my vendor for assistance
he told me to submit a stop service request by sending massage 'STOP' to 121
i did and found this friend chat service was activated.
i requested to stop.
but i got no money refund and im scammed and my phone's inbox is spammed by frnd chat massage from there service center and even i am bothered by miss calls from this service

postpaid connection
I have recently got a airtel postpaid connection. i was told that verification will be done on next day & on the very next number gets activated. but verification is still pending. I stay whole day at home waiting for the verifier. really very poor survive.

telecommunication service provider`s failure to provide satisfactory service.
telecommunication service provider`s (bharti airtel)failure to provide meaningful comfortable satisfactory sevice.multiple voice break, multiple lack of coherant voice, regular midsentence disruption. trying the mobile out in the balcony or corrider too doesnot help sometimes. getting disconnected without any cause.

negligence

good evening
I have two airtel mobile nos. i.e 9872422770 and 9872678617. since last month out going calls facility is barred without any reason . last month i paid rs.5500 (billed unbilled and first recharge amount) to convert the nos. from postpaid to prepaod .yesterday i received rs.200 bill which i also paid . since last month i am unable to call or sms. i am facing daily life problems just because negligence of airtel service or technical fault.

NEGLIGESNCE OF SERVICE
My dear inside same like me
Good evening
I am using two Airtel mobile no. for the last six years. Last month i paid rs. 5500 ( billed, unbilled and first recharge amount ) to convert both the no. from postpaid to prepaid .
Since that day outgoing calls from my no. 9872422770 is barred . I am keep on requesting to the concerned person available in authorised airtel showroom ( m/s goel gerg telecom ) to solve my problem.
Now the outgoing calls from my second no.9872678617 is also barred .
I am facing problems in daily life without any fault from my end. Airtel group is known for good service.

IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Blocking the CUG cell number issued to IRCON
A CUG cell number ( 9596141511) issued by Bharti AIRTEL to IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED for their Srinagar unit was all of a sudden blocked & the services terminated with effect from 15.09.2010 with an SMS mentioning that the "documents are not proper & hence the services are immediately withdrawn". On enquiry, it was told that the documents are not proper and hence revised documents may be furnished to activate the services.
However, on 07.10.2010, it is learnt the the cell number has been issued to an Army colonel at Srinagar without the consent of IRCON.

Billing Fraud - please be aware
hi,
untill July 2010 i was charged Rs. 50 per month for parallel ringing and effective aug onwards Airtel revised the charges to Rs 1.20 per call as incoming charge for every call i answered on my Cell phone instead of landlines, the biggest scam was none of these charges were explained in the invoice nor was i ever informed that these charges have been revised, when i called up the call centre lately i was told that aitrtel will not list the details of cost of parallel ringing on the invoice and also they did not inform me about the change in service plan because that's what their policy is,
so i have a charge on my invoice for rs800 and no information its only when you call the call centre they will tell you its the charge for parallel ringing that is presented on the invoice and dues to some constrainsta they will not mention it on the invoice,
Airtel has gone far away from being a customer centric company to fooling customers and trying to get the cost from Indian customers for which they spent in buying Zain.
after this episode i have totally lost faith in this company and do not wish to be associated with them in any which ways i would recommend other customers to be extremely cautious of the billing from airtel because some people are being cheated by them .

Harassment
I have been with Airtel Since I got my first mobile in year 2000.At pathankot, I took a postpaid connection no 9779461604 and kept it from 2008 to 2010.Suddenly I had to move out of town to delhi for op purposes and in the process, could not clear off the bill and get the no. disconnected.
Now the concern is that for a small amountof Rs 2000, the collection agents have been calling my relatives and friends to which I had made calls and threatening them of taking them to the Court if the amt is not paid.They have been calling my father, my wife and several other friends of mine.I have been thoroughly harassed including my relatives.I will be paying the bill only after the collection agents give a call to the same numbers on which they called earlier and admit thier fault of harassing me and my known ones.
The last call recieved was that of Neha from Chandigarh centre from the mobile no. 9876033820 on Tuesday.

The speed i receive is never more than 2-3 Kbps in day and 5 Kbps in the night
I got an airtel connection in june 2006 for the purpose of using the internet. Airtel says that the connection speed is 115.2 Kbps, the customer care people say that i will get a speed of about 40-50 Kbps, but unfortunately the speed i receive is never more than 2-3 Kbps in day and 5 Kbps in the night and this speed only on some lucky times, otherwise even sites like google wont open. I talked to the customer care people and they said that some maintainance work is going on and once it gets completed, the speed will be normal again. It sure was a lie as it has been about 2 months since then and the speed is still the same.
