rude behavior and deducted amount without any service
Dear team,

I have using mobile office in my cell phone everyday with same procedure its charge 10 Rs perday but on 07/10/2009
i have send a message moa in 52818 . after recieving airtel message iwill use my mobile internet . i will get shocked when b/w 10:15 -10:30 p.m. my mobile balance will deducted 142 Rs and after sometime 10 Rs deducted more
after this i will call customer care and iwill talk to many executives for deducted of my money every executive has given me different answer then i talk to senior executives one will say its charge for browsing and downloading and other will say its not .during this whole procedure my phone is diconnected several times and with meas rudly . this is not done for first time in my mobile phone several time hello tune was given and deducted Rs without any demand forhello tune ihave complaint for senior but no action is taken by them

i am frustrated from this this type of service and at last if this was still continue i will use any other sim

DELAY IN POSTPAID CONECTION
I AM HAVING A PREPAID CONNECTION AND WANTED TO GET THE SAME CONVERTED TO POSTPAID. I FILLED THE FORM AND COMPLETED THE FORMALITIES ON 1ST OCTOBER AND DEPOSITED THE SAME AT M/S RAJAN & COMPANY, 90 JHANDA BAZAAR, DEHRADUN. I WAS ASSURED FROM MR SAURABH OF M/S RAJAN AND COMPANY THAT THE POSTPAID CONNECTION WILL START LATEST BY 6TH OCTOBER. BUT TILL DATE NO BODY HAS COME EVEN FOR VERIFICATION OF MY POSTAL ADDRESS. HOW CAN THE COONECTION START BY 6TH. ON TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WITH M/S RAJAN & COMPANY I WAS NOT TOLD THE EXACT DATE OF VERIFICATION THAT COULD BE DONE. IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT ANOTHER 3-4 DAYS COULD TAKE PLACE FOR THE SAME. I THING THAT SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL HAS TO TAKE CARE OF FULFILLING THEIR COMMITMENTS IN TIME AND THEY ARE THEMSELVES DELAYING THEIR REVENUE. TIMELY ACTION IN THIS CASE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Number not working
My Mobile no 9800940615 is not working now . when I insert my sim it says sim registeration failed. It was operational for about 15 days . then it stopped working. how can it work for so long without being registered . the customer care said I can have the same no but the retailer says that is wrong.

SIM rejected - Airtel has not done anything for 15days
For no apparent reason i started to get "SIM Rejected" message on my mobile on 7th September 2009. Contacted the nearest Airtel shop. They told me that their systems are down since 1st Septemebr 2009 and would be up on the 10th of September. They would not be able to help before that.
On 11th we were told to come on 14th. On 14th morning, they gave a new SIM, saying it will get activated within 4 hours. On 15th September 10:30a.m., I am still holding a mobile that does not work.

I am amazed that the biggest telecom operator of the country can be so ill prepared as far as their IT systems are concerned and take their customers for granted.
If number portability was on, I would have switched by now.

LandLine Number related
Hi
I got a new Broadband Copnnection on 21st Jul and Airetel enginer installa Land line phone alos with Broadband connectio.
After few days I found that the landline number got changed .
I launched a complain against it that its is showing new number to me, please rectify the problem and install the old number.
I launch the complaint on 17th Aug but till now on 25th Aug I have not got the solution.Everyday I am getting a response that within 4 hrs your issue will be resolved but the issue is still there.

The complain number is 23236288 launched by Mr Raj

Harsement threat to beat
this to bring to your notice that i have been getting threatning calls from airtel no 08040848725.

have been requsting airtel for bills which i have not got since 6 months and they expect me to pay 6000 .

had also gone to [pay the amount thrice inspite of me not getting any detailed bills but there server was done.

todat i have got call and i have been threatned that people from airtel will come and beat me i dont pay and using abusive languge on the phone.

No Network Coverage
Hi,

I am disappointed with the fact that whenever i pass through Bharatpur Junction in Rajasthan via train, i get no coverage of Airtel Mobile and when i Manually search the Network it shows all the Networks except Airtel so i want that the problem should be resolved ASAP.

MY SELF MR. SAIYED QAISER WAS A USER OF AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION, HAD REQUESTED TO TRANSFER MY POSTPAID CONNECTION INTO PRE-PAID IN AIRTEL GALLERY WHICH IS LOCATED IN GHATKOPER EAST, AS MY PAYMENT WAS ALSO DUE. I SINCERE REQUESTED THEM TO TAKE MY PAYMENT AND TRANSFER MY POSTPAID CARD INTO PREPAID IN JUNE 2009, BUT THEY HAD GIVEN AN EXCUSE OF SYSTEM IS IN UPGRADATION AND TOLD ME COME IN THE MONTH END. I WENT IN THE END OF THE MONTH FOR SAME PURPOSE BUT THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE SAME EXCUSE, SAME I HAD REPEATED UPTO AUGUST AND FINALY THEY SAID MY NUMBER IS EXPIRED AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER THE CARD INTO PREPAID.
