Ordered a ring from bid TV on 22nd of November it was not delivered. The customer services department is a call centre in India(thats right Branson does not support British workers) it is staffed with liars and imbeciles. I have called them 4times up till now without any joy, the last call got me nowhere so I asked to speak to a supervisor the person in question Vijay was to phone back within the hour-my phone rang once then went dead as he hung up(obviously he wanted the call logged to look like he had tried to call). I called back complaining of this shoddy practice and was told he would call back within the hour, 10minutes later I realised he had lied again as the call centre was closed. Branson should consider getting himself a stall at the Glasgow Barras, but he probably wouldn't be allowed one in case he gave them a bad name.
Still have not had the non delivery of the ring sorted out. I would advise anyone to think carefully before becoming involved with this dodgy company
