Ordered a ring from bid TV on 22nd of November it was not delivered. The customer services department is a call centre in India(thats right Branson does not support British workers) it is staffed with liars and imbeciles. I have called them 4times up till now without any joy, the last call got me nowhere so I asked to speak to a supervisor the person in question Vijay was to phone back within the hour-my phone rang once then went dead as he hung up(obviously he wanted the call logged to look like he had tried to call).
