This is and old order, 1999, but I still remember what happned and would like to rate. They may have changed, maybie not. I won a bid for a IBM laptop. After I won I was assured it would ship. Three weeks later, nothing. When I called the company numbers I got a machine. There was a time when I was calling day and leaving messages to call and leaving emails pleading for a response, but nothing. A month and half later I got it and there was a mark on the screen, like someone pushed it in. They wouldnt take it back because it was past the return date, but that was there fault because they shipped it two days before the return date. I ended up pawning it off on ebay.
