This is and old order, 1999, but I still remember what happned and would like to rate. They may have changed, maybie not. I won a bid for a IBM laptop. After I won I was assured it would ship. Three weeks later, nothing. When I called the company numbers I got a machine. There was a time when I was calling day and leaving messages to call and leaving emails pleading for a response, but nothing.
