Be Very careful with Big Buffalo Tobacco
Still waiting on order from October 2010. They do not reply to my emails and have removed my account from their pages as well. It is a real shame that this company gives a bad reputation to the Senecas and other companies who really try to do the right thing.

Order not received
The only way to contact this company is by e-mail which I have done numerous times since Oct 2010. The last contact I got from them was in Dec 2010 saying they needed more information about my missing order. So I e-mailed them the e-mail confirmation and a copy of the check that they cashed from my bank and have never heard from them again. They blocked me from logging into their site in Jan 2011. I find it amazing that they will not contact me about this order, what a lousy way to do business. The first order that I made with them was in Sept 2010 and I finally received it in Oct. I then placed another (my missing order) in Oct thinking they would send it. I Placed an order in Nov to try and get a shipping pattern established and finally received it in Dec. The last e-mail that I sent them on Feb 10th is still unanswered like all of the rest. Don't trust this company!!!

Money Rip-off
I ordered cigars on 12/22/10 for $110.49 and they took the money from my bank account the following week. I had emailed them 5 times (once a day) after the money was taken to see when they would ship. They never replied and on 1/4/11 I could no longer log on to the site as it said it did not recognize my email. So on 1/5/11 I went to my bank and we filed an affidavit. The bank credits my money back and they in turn submit the info the the federal government. They then go after their bank and get the money back and check into their scams.

didn't deliver or refund money
I ordered cigarettes on Oct. 7, 2010 and have not received them. I have emailed them numerous times. Did get an email from them stating they were having a a problem with the State of New York. Don't know what the problem is. I used an E-check for payment and fear that I have lost that money as they are not going to refund it.
Got an email from Don at Big Buffalo Tobacco today 11-17-10 trying to get me to order cigarettes !!! They are running a scam...
