The only way to contact this company is by e-mail which I have done numerous times since Oct 2010. The last contact I got from them was in Dec 2010 saying they needed more information about my missing order. So I e-mailed them the e-mail confirmation and a copy of the check that they cashed from my bank and have never heard from them again. They blocked me from logging into their site in Jan 2011.
