On the phone the computer takes your CC info then tells you the pudding insert it $10.00 extra. This is clearly not true if you watch the add. When I called Customer service they said "Congratulations! You caught it!" I was a bit taken aback. They said the machine cannot be changed so it charges for the insert that should be included in the $19.95 price. I need to call back in a few days to get my money back because they have not processed the order yet. Hmmmmmm. So if i had not "caught it" and called in they just keep the money I assume? Sounds like a scam. Buyer beware and just get if from a retailer instead of the site. The pudding insert does not cost an extra $10.00 when you do it that way. Let's see if they really do refund me my money in a few days. Thinking this will be a pain to deal with. Wish I bought it in a store!
