On the phone the computer takes your CC info then tells you the pudding insert it $10.00 extra. This is clearly not true if you watch the add. When I called Customer service they said "Congratulations! You caught it!" I was a bit taken aback. They said the machine cannot be changed so it charges for the insert that should be included in the $19.95 price.
