This particular company was charging me for collect calls from Arizona that I clearly did not make. I don't know anyone in Arizona, have not accepted these calls, and have no one else who has access to my phone line. I knew there was some kind of mistake, so I called the company phone number provided and when I was actually able to contact someone after various attempts, they were very rude, said my answering machine could have been accepting the collect calls (which is insane), and that I would have to pay for the charges. They said I had no other choice and then hung up on me. I immediately called ATT, my phone service provider and explained the situation to them to discover that this is a scam company and they have been receiving several complaints about fraudlent charges coming from this company. Can you please look into this theft and stop these criminals from stealing from innocent consumers?
