This particular company was charging me for collect calls from Arizona that I clearly did not make. I don't know anyone in Arizona, have not accepted these calls, and have no one else who has access to my phone line. I knew there was some kind of mistake, so I called the company phone number provided and when I was actually able to contact someone after various attempts, they were very rude, said my answering machine could have been accepting the collect calls (which is insane), and that I would have to pay for the charges.
