so I ordered the 14 day free trail and a cream arrived 2 days after my free trial expired I did not receive my original order. Now my credit card has already been charged the $45.oo. for the item I did not order, I called the customer service and was on hold for over an hour to obtain a RMA# which the company "requires" for issuance of a refund. What a hassle, stay away from this company!! I spoke with my credit card company and they have blocked all further charges from this company and apparently there are others are out there just like it. ie dermapril
