so I ordered the 14 day free trail and a cream arrived 2 days after my free trial expired I did not receive my original order. Now my credit card has already been charged the $45.oo. for the item I did not order, I called the customer service and was on hold for over an hour to obtain a RMA# which the company "requires" for issuance of a refund. What a hassle, stay away from this company!! I spoke with my credit card company and they have blocked all further charges from this company and apparently there are others are out there just like it. ie dermapril read full review »
