SO I placed an order with Birth Designs at the beginning of December 2009 expecting to get an order confirmation from them shortly after that. I so far have only received a confirmation from Paypal, that they recieved my money. I have emailed them 4 times so far and called once to find out if they got my order and the estimated time of start or completion for the item I ordered. I am not getting any response to any of my attempts to contact them. It has been a month now and after some research I find this is not the first time this has happened. Apparently someone else has been waiting since May of 2009 to receive an item from them. umm 7 months to receive a hand crafted item. OK this is sad. I am going to wait a few more days for a response then I am going to pursue a refund through them or through paypal. Thank goodness I at least paid through paypal so there is hope of getting my money back. But I am extremely saddened at the thought of not getting the item I ordered. I hope they get their stuff together and not drag their personal life into their business. Its not cool.
