SO I placed an order with Birth Designs at the beginning of December 2009 expecting to get an order confirmation from them shortly after that. I so far have only received a confirmation from Paypal, that they recieved my money. I have emailed them 4 times so far and called once to find out if they got my order and the estimated time of start or completion for the item I ordered.
