They offered a product for a .99 cent trial fee and said they would send out a package within 5 business days. they also
provided a customer service telephone number where i could cancel at anytime. I called the number several times,
and there was only an answering machine response, and left several messages cancelling the subscription. I never
received the product in the mail, so I was certain it was cancelled. Then a charge showed up on my credit card for $149.99
which I was surprised to see. There was a telephone number that I got from the bank which was different from the one I had
gotten before and I was able to speak to someone and cancel, but they told me I needed to email the company and request
a refund. When I emailed them, they said that it was past the trial period, so they cannot refund the fee. WHAT A RACKET!!!
THIS IS TOTAL DISHONORABLE, and they should not be allowed to get away with this!!!
