rip off again!!!
To the gentleman that sent me the email W. Thank You very much for your input.

They don't like to read postings about the service and the quality issues. Post your complaint on every complaint site that you can. You can also Contact Ellen Roseman at the Toronto Star. The BBB keeps a file on them also.
Most of all share your experiences with your friends and family, word of mouth goes a long way.

BUYER BEWARE; Read the bloomex policy before ordering on line. It clearly states to order at Your Own Risk.. there is a $9.99 charge for picking up an order that was delivered in poor quality. $25.00 cancellation fee. and many other fee's.. The word refund is not in thier vocabulary ... check your order and ask for a price before giving your credit card info!!! Also you should be aware the sales operators all work out of thier homes, that is the call centre ... Good luck if you choose to order with the scammers .. you're going to need it ...

Bloomex guarantee's to ruin your special day. The owner of this Company who is being sued by a few people refuses to give refunds unless you fight him all the way. This is how is gets away with out giving refunds. Operators are told to hang up on customers that complain, sales people are for selling, you need your sales if you want your bonus. Not only are customrs charged $9.99 to pick up dead flowers, or a $25.00 cancellation fee, sales operators are also charged if your email address is wrong this cost the operator $5 each time, if you clock in 1 minutes early or late your charged, operators are not paid for breaks whether they take them or not.. you dont take a break you still don't get paid for the time you worked. There is someone sitting in the office just timing the sales operators. They don't bother to put anyone extra on customer service, , the important place to put them is to time the staff so they don't get a minute of pay that they shouldnt. Dimtri can find more ways to rip the customer and employee off, he should write a book 50 ways to rip people off and smile doing it .. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM .. ORDER AND BE RIPPED OFF... ITS THE COMPANY MOTTO !!!
Dimtri is still holding my Pay after I quit Nov. 7th-2008 because they shorted me again on my pay.. He will only pay me if I tell customers I lied and there is no glitch in the computor system that changes the price once you give your credit card ...he does't want to have to refund each and every customer that he has ripped off ...

Dim Tri refuses to pay me unless I retract what I said and Lie about Bloomex and Bloomex Standards, I absolutley refuse to do this. However Dim Tri is Holding my last weeks pay which was due on Nov. 18-2008. According to Revenue Canada an employer has 7 days or the next pay date to pay the final pay, after this point interest is due..
If you have not been paid for your work please email me, DimTri wants to go to court and I will be pleased to go to court also ..
If you have ordered flowers and have not been satisfied please email me..
I have already compiled a long list of unhappy customers and a few unhappy employee's . I am sure there are a lot more out there ... drop me a line .

RIP OFF
I did as Dimitri told me to do, mail a letter telling customers I was psm'ing and then moon was full, he still won't pay me. So
if there are any other ex employee's that have quit or fired from bloomex and have a grievance please contact me, We should talk.

RIP OFF COMPANY
TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN, AGAIN IM BEING RIPPED OFF BY DIMITRI OWNER OF BLOOMEX. UNLESS I SIGN A LETTER RETRACTING THE TRUTHS I SAID AND TELL PEOPLE I LIED HE WON'T GIVE ME MY LAST WEEKS PAY ... SO ALL YOU PEOPLE THAT I TOLD THE TRUTH TO ..IM TELLING YOU A LIE NOW SO I CAN GET MY LAST WEEKS PAY THAT I WORKED FOR AND GOT SCAMMED ON HOURS ALSO AGAIN !!! PAR FOR THE COURSE WITH DIMITRI .. A Tout Bloomex Clients qu'A Passé une Commande avec Bloomex dans le passé 5 mois, S.V.P. prener le temps a lire!!!
Je suis ex-opérateur pour Bloomex, Je suis l'opérateur qui a passé votre commande pour les fleurs ou un panier de cadeau.
Vous êtes dû à un petit remboursement avec Bloomex. Il y a un signal transitoire dans le système, et vous remarquerez que je vous ai demandé pour votre information de carte de crédit avant de vous donner le total de votre ordre! La raison pour ceci est que les augmentations de prix après l'ordre ont été confirmées. Le suivre est une note du Directeur de Bloomex Angela, tous opérateurs ont été instruits à faire comme sa lettre a demandé!!

flowers
Flowers did not arrive for funeral of Brother. No card with flowers. Left in Church office. Deliverd by Church once it was figured out whom the flowers were for...no card...24 hours later to the wife of deceased. Have left voice mails for manager, whom did try and return call but I have no way of calling him, have to speak to operator and leave voice mail. I do have every intention of taking this to the nth degree.

flowers didin't arrive
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my Brothers' funeral. They arrived unmarked, no card, and weren't taken to the Church, but rather the office. There was nothing on the box indicating it was flowers.
Consequently, the flowers sat in the Church office until the following day, at which point the box was opened.

Bloomex takes NO responsibility for the fact that the card wasn't included with the flowers.

In order for me to get any kind of refund, they have told me via email that the flowers have to be put back into the box and returned to Bloomex. I live In St.John's NL and the flowers were for the service in Kamloops B.C. My brothers' wife received the flowers the next day already opened and taken out of the box.

Bloomex will do nothing for me, nor have they made an apology for their huge error.

Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with bloomex. Our company was looking to send our corporate associates a gift for their efforts on a major porject. We had 5 baskets that needed to be sent to 5 different locations throughout Canada. The agent on the phone who took my information was very helpful and pleasant. I told the girl that all these baskets MUST be delivered the next day, she told me she would make sure they would be.

After all my orders were placed the girl advised me that an email with all the details of every order was sent to me via email, she advised me to look it over, if there were any mistakes to call back within the hour to have the corrections done in time for delivery. She advised me that this would also act as my receipt, and that their policies and guarantees were attached. I read the email she sent, and their policies- ALL the baskets were delivered ON TIME and the partners said great things about them. Being the first time I have used this company, and considering I sent out 5 baskets, all arrived on time and in great condition, I would not hesitate to use Bloomex again or recommend their services to partners or affiliates.
