Avoid at all costs
Okay so I went online to order flowers for MOTHERS DAY. I was looking for a place in Red Deer and if you google Red Deer flowers... bloomex comes up as a delivery place to Red Deer. So I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday (mothers day was Sunday)..No flowers!!! On Saturday, Sunday, Monday by Tuesday company is "investigating" I'm like just sent the friggin flowers... They reply of Wednesday (3 days after Mothers day) that they company does not have a rep in Red Deer an they will credit my visa. Whatever... Pretty sad. I just wanted to send her flowers...

Order arrived but wasn't what I had ordered at all
I had placed two separate orders for delivery at the same address well in advance of delivery date. The first order arrived but wasn't what I had ordered at all. Instead of pink longstem roses, she got limy yellow roses which were wilted badly. The second order I placed to a dear friend who was not only celebrating her birthday but the end of her cancer treatment never received the flowers I had ordered. After complaining to cust svc which I may say is hard to get a hold of they sent her flowers that was worth maybe 25.00 worth and I spent 89.00. I emailed bloomex back which they are not responding to me. I am now going to report this company to the better business bureau. I asked for a refund of my money or a delivery of the flowers I had ordered to be resent but this has not happened as of yet.

Stay away from Bloomex, as they are a joke
Stay away from Bloomex as they are a joke, they take your money and do not deliver on their word. If you have already made a payment, its too late for you. Kiss it good bye. If you are reading this, find another company to do business with as they are a fraud. I have asked my VISA company to investigate them as they took my money and did not delivery...BEWARE...STAY AWAY!! Look at the Better Business site and you will see they get a "F" rating...

Awful delivery policy
Placed an order yesterday. was not given a customer or order number since I don't have a home email address & don't like giving my work email for personal affairs. I wasn't informed of that, but only discovered today.
Was not told about your delivery policy either. I was told that the flowers would be delivered yesterday but wasn't told that after 1:00pm the deliveries are usually made the next day. Had I known, I would of dealt with another company...as I shall do in the futur. Impossible to reach customer service and without an order #, I have been given the "run around" by other employees. I would like the flowers to be sent today between 3:00 and 6:00 but cannot speak whith customer service.

My sister was diagnosed with cancer. I was in a position to take care of her, driving her to treatment and doctor’s appointments and staying with her all day as the effects of chemo and radiation took their toll.
Early on, and in thanks, she sent me a chocolate ‘bouquet’ from Bloomex (Sept. 9, 2009). Needless to say, we got the wrong order. Customer service was of little help. To date, I have not received the chocolates nor a refund.
I won’t bore you with the details, we all have our own, but Visa tried their best and although they agree the situation is suspicious, they were not able to refund our order. What a shame.
Visa did say that if there are a large number of complaints regarding a specific vendor, they can discontinue the vendor’s ability to use Visa as a credit supplier. I will be following up with Visa International at http://www.visa.ca. I am aware I may not get far, but I will try.

frozen flowers
the flowers were delivered when I was not at home on a day when it was below freezing . I checked call display and no call was made to see if I'd be home .We, myself and the person who sent them have been phoning them for 3 days now with no satisfaction in fact no contact with a real person just leaving voice mail
The recording says there is a website Bloomex.com.wecare that I haven't found yet so that I can send them a picture of my frozen flowers

Terrible service and dead flowers
I ordered flowers over a year ago and they were delivered to the wrong address and were dead once they were found. I had a credit on my account as they would not refund me, so I had another order delivered - 1 year later. They also arrived dead.
I cannot speak with anyone in the company and am not getting much help. Another order was sent and were again dead. They were also suppose to change the message on the card and did not do that. They sent the flowers with the original message from 1 year ago.

Never again
I called in my order as the person I was sending the gift to lives an hour out of Vancouver and I wanted an assurance that they would receive this birthday gift on time. I was told there would be no problem to deliver on the day I requested.
1) Sadly, the item was not delivered on the requested day.
2) Customer service said they called me to advise of the delay. There was no call; I have caller ID and I was available all day. I later did get an email however, apparently it was too late to change the order.
3) Item was delivered the next day when the recipient was away on vacation.
4) I ordered a Fruit & Cheese Basket and asked that they include some crackers.
5) Apparently, they ran out of cheese..!
6) Crackers (which I paid extra for) were not included.
7) Cookies were included (as per their policy they can substitute anything they want).
8) The recipient finally got the fruit & cheese basket with no cheese or crackers, not on the day requested, and said to me, "I do hope you didn't pay a lot for this gift, it was very disappointing".
9) Total cost $85.00
10) Satisfaction level? - extremely low
11) Will I use BLOOMEX.CA again? - No

DOUBLE ORDER
I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother-in-law as a thank you gift. Delivery was suppose to be next day. I did the live chat on the internet with someone who said she would get back to me, she had no idea why my order was not processed. I also asked to be refunded my delivery charge but she said she would have to ask her manager. No one got back to me at all. When my mother-in-law received the order the next day, she received two exact flower arrangements, with the exact same words on both cards. When our credit card bill came in, we were charged for TWO arrangements. You can not speak with anyone above a customer service representative. They have no authority to do anything about their mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!!! When it comes to ordering flowers, use anybody but BLOOMEX!!!

Beware of this company
I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday I ordered 2 days ahead of time. Three days after her birthday she still hasn't received the flowers. Every time I try to talk to someone there they say they will get back to me as the need to talk to the production facility. I still haven't got an answer back. I am very upset with the way I have been treated and the fact that I didn't get the flowers out to my mom. I would not recommend using BLoomex ..
