We had an epoxy coating on our garage floor but it was peeling off. Instead of going the DIY route again (which obviously did not last the first time), we decided to hire a professional company. We searched epoxy garage floors around us, but ended up going with polyaspartic from Bloomington Garage Floors. We never heard of that before but it's suppose to be more scratch resistant and not peel up from your car tires. They also have a 15 year warranty. They ground off the concrete surface with a huge grinder and cleaned everything up. They put on 3 coats and some chips or flake or something. They said a lot of contractors only put on 2 coats. Sounded like theirs was better. They finished in 2 days and we could walk on it the next day. It's easy to clean and looks awesome. I highly recommend them.
