We had an epoxy coating on our garage floor but it was peeling off. Instead of going the DIY route again (which obviously did not last the first time), we decided to hire a professional company. We searched epoxy garage floors around us, but ended up going with polyaspartic from Bloomington Garage Floors. We never heard of that before but it's suppose to be more scratch resistant and not peel up from your car tires. They also have a 15 year warranty.
